Service Description

Our innovative Art and Tech class series utilizes art to solve challenging problems. As a result, students can think outside of the box by using creativity. We believe that creativity leads to innovation when it’s used in this way. In this course you will learn how to create binary coded bracelets, key chains, and 3-D design. This introductory course covers the fundamentals of 3D Drawing using TinkerCAD. Upon completion, students will be able to effectively convey their ideas by creating 3-dimensional models using simple shapes and geometry. Students will cover machine language/ binary code by designing and crafting bracelets that represent a binary coded message. This is a 4-week long course, meeting once a week for an hour and a half. Completing weekly assignments will help students learn effectively. A final project encourages teamwork, creativity and public speaking skills. If applicable, the student’s design may be 3D printed after the last class (a small fee may apply depending on size).
